The Association website and governing documents are public before applications open so prospective members can understand the institution before deciding whether to join.
What the process will ask
A concise good-faith declaration, a public name or stable pseudonym, a private administrative email, a membership category, and the minimum information needed to establish a reasonable link to the public identity under which membership is requested.
What it will not ask
No routine passport, civil-name disclosure, home address, phone number, private AI chats, complete prompt history, unpublished manuscript, detector report, or full revision archive.
